What Can

Chiropractic

do for Me?

Chiropractic can be useful for much, much more than just a quick neck or lower back “crack”. In fact, did you know the audible “crack” you may hear is actually just gas being released from locked up joints moving? One of the keys to preventing future injuries is keeping your body moving in a healthy, routine fashion. This means actively keeping muscles and joints moving freely and in their full ranges of motion. When a problem does occur, however, such as a sprain/strain injury or a pinched nerve, or even an acute injury from sports or a motor vehicle accident, chiropractic treatment can be helpful in restoring proper movement and function to the areas of injury.

Chiropractic is useful for a variety of injuries and problems, including non-specific neck or back pain, disc herniations or “slipped disc”, sports injuries, stiffness or tightness, whiplash, sciatica, headaches, or even TMJ pain. Each of these diagnoses requires specific attention and a different approach, depending on the severity and presentation of the injury. In short, no two injuries are exactly alike, and each time a patient presents with a problem at Warwick Family Chiropractic, the entire body is assessed to determine the severity and overall depth of the injury.

Neck pain can travel up to the head or down the arms and hands, as well as into the mid-back region.

Back pain can travel into the groin, thighs, legs, and feet, as well as spread across the entire back.
